Our Team

Dr. Wiginton is dedicated to providing his patients with conservative dental care which is focused on restorative and cosmetic treatment. His staff has over 60 years of combined loyal service. The office prides itself on cleanliness, prompt response and 'on-time' appointment scheduling. Patients will notice the overall friendliness of the office beginning their initial contact. Emergency times are available each day. A phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dr. Denton J. Wiginton

Dr. Denton J. Wiginton is a honor graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry. He is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas County Dental Society. He is a previous recipient of the Kiwanis Man of the Year and the CRUMC Man of the Year awards. He was the president of the Plano Chapter of the American Heart Association that helped placed the certified paramedics in the city ambulances.


Hello, my name is Amelinda, Dr. Wiginton's lead chair side assistant. I have been working in dentistry for 15+ years. I am certified as well as registered in the state of Texas. I have two beautiful children who keep me very busy. I enjoy movies and watching my kids play sport.


Hello, my name is Denise. I am a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, Caruth school of Dental Hygiene where I received a BS degree. I have 15 years experience as a dental hygienist. My husband and I have 3 children. I enjoy reading, traveling, watching sports (especially my youngest son's ice hockey games) and walking.


Hello, my name is Linda. I have been in dentistry for 49 years; 27 of those years with Dr. Wiginton. My husband and I have one married daughter & a 3yr old granddaughter & a 1yr old grandson. When I am not working, I'm either traveling, working on a quilt project, or reading the latest from one of my favorite authors.


Hello, my name is Christy. I have been in Dentistry for 17 years. I started out as an Assistant and did that for 5 years. While working as a Dental Assistant, I decided to go to school to become a Dental Hygienist. I have been a hygienist for 12 years with 5 of those years being in a Periodontal office. I have 2 children. My son is 11 years old and my daughter is 8 years old. My husband works for Texas Instrument as an Engineer. We have lived in the Colony for 15 years. When I am not working, I am very busy with my kids sports activities.


Hello, my name is Robin. I have been a dental assistant for 19 years; and with Dr. Wiginton for 11 years, filling in for Linda and Amelinda, so they can have fun too. I currently live in Frisco and have lived in the Dallas area my whole life. I am married, have a 13 year old son, a dog, a cat, and most recently, a bunny. I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, playing poker, watching football, and a having a good glass of wine, usually with my neighbors relaxing on my patio at home.
